 Do People Understand Us Always?

It is not easy to get along with some people, some people are easy to deal with and get along with in different levels. Interaction between people are done through communication. So it is essential to develop communication to get along with others.

Each and every individual is unique to each other with their appearance, point of view, the attitudes they are holding and many more. Therefore we should have a proper understanding about the others and we should accept the fact that we have different behavior patterns from one another. 

Behavior of an individual comes with the background that they are coming from with the core values and  attitudes that each of them are holding.

Core values: Values an individual has learned from their parents or from the environment

Attitudes: Opinions that an individual holds according to what they have experienced 

There are different types of behaviors for an individual. They can be classified as below,

Core Behavior: It is the behavior of the individual when he or she is provided with the maximum freedom.

Moderate Behavior: It is the behavior that an individual pretend to be.

How to understand the human behavior?

According to "Surrounded By Idiots" by Thomas Erikson, considering about the common behavioral patterns of the humans they can be divided in to four colors as,

1. red
2. green
3. blue 
4. yellow 

These four types of behavioral patterns show the following characteristics as shown in the figure.

It is good to have combination of all four colors, but it is not much possible. Blue and yellow are good combinations while red and green color behavior patterns go hand in hand.

Here yellows comes up with new ideas,  red makes decisions, green has to do all the work while blue evaluates and make sure that the results are excellent.

Discuss about the tax policies of Sri Lanka.

For a country like us paying tax is a must to survive. The opinion regarding the tax policies differs with the attitudes that an individual is holding.

The positive side of the tax enforcement is that it helps the economy to stand rigidly since it is a major income method for the government. Also considering  about the other countries in the world Sri Lanka has comparatively less tax rates. So this is some kind of a relief for Sri Lankans.

There is also a negative side of the Sri Lankan tax policies. It can be discussed in this manner. There is  lack of transparency in Sri Lankan tax policies, how they collect tax and how they spend the money they earned using tax. Also there is no balance in direct and indirect taxes.

Sri Lanka also spends the money earned by using taxes for unnecessary things such as maintaining a huge army and middle class expenditures. This reduces the income gained by the country.
